Yin-Inspired Myofascial Release
Daily stress, poor posture, lingering injuries, and the relentless pace of modern life often create hidden tension in the body. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a simple yet powerful practice that helps free restricted tissues, ease discomfort, and restore flexibility. It supports tissue health, aids recovery, regulates pain, and helps balance the nervous system.
This specialised workshop combines targeted myofascial ball techniques with long, slow, and passive Yin-inspired holds for a complete physical reset. Through mindful awareness and sustained pressure, you’ll unravel areas of tightness and restriction, enhance mobility, and reconnect with the subtle intelligence of your body.
Practised in the gentle infrared warmth, the effects are amplified — the heat warms the body from the inside out, encouraging deeper muscle release, improving circulation, easing stiffness, reducing inflammation, and supporting healing. You’ll leave feeling light, grounded, and rejuvenated — a deep release for both body and mind.
✨ No prior yoga or MFR experience required.
⚪ Please bring two tennis-ball–sized myofascial balls (or ordinary tennis balls — we also have some available at New Energy Yoga).

Hot 26&2 with Yoga Nidra Workshop
Detox. Reset. Restore.
This workshop begins with 90 minutes of Hot 26&2 yoga – a precise and powerful sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, always practised in the same order. Known as Original Hot Yoga, it offers both a strong foundation for beginners and a deeper challenge for experienced practitioners. In the heat, the body opens, muscles lengthen, and focus sharpens. The practice builds strength and flexibility, supports detoxification through sweat, boosts circulation, aids calorie burn, and cultivates balance and mental clarity.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that induces a state of conscious relaxation between waking and sleeping. It promotes deep rest, reduces stress, and can improve sleep quality. Practitioners lie down in a comfortable position, often Śavāsana, and are guided through techniques such as body scans, breath awareness, and visualisation. After the intensity of Hot 26&2, Yoga Nidra offers the counterpoint of quiet and calm – the perfect way to round off the week and step into a fresh start.
Practised in infrared heat, the sequence takes on an added dimension. Infrared works by warming the body directly from within, encouraging deeper muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and more effective detoxification. It can ease pain, support healing, and reduce inflammation, while also promoting a calm, grounded state of mind.
With autumn settling in and the days growing shorter, this workshop is designed as a seasonal reset – a much-needed boost to recharge both body and mind.
At the end, give yourself 10–15 minutes to stay in stillness, letting the benefits gently settle before returning to your day.
